12-axis camless CNC spring forming machine

It is suitable for making kinds of tension springs, rectangular springs, scroll springs, conical springs, double torsion springs,flat springs and such highly difficult springs.

Machine adopts CNC control system made in Taiwan and servo motor imported from Japan.
special designed with no rocker arm and camless;
the sliding seat is separately controlled by eight servo motor, feeding axis, quill axis, rotating axis, and servo spinner axis (servo spinner and second hook station can be added);
Largely increased the spring making range, it is precision,stable and easy to operate.
The machine has the function of tracking and detecting automatically, it will automatically stop when there are unqualified product.
